Thanks to the GPS location and Internet connection, Apple Watch knows the level of radiation in the area.
Radiation
The camera sensor would know how much exposure your skin is receiving. When it becomes dangerous, an alarm would sound.
Sunscreen
You can also configure it to sunbath in a safe way adding the sunscreen factor you are using.
Notifications
The app would remind you when to apply more sunscreen to continue enjoying the sun in a safe way.
